It may not replace the Honda Insight as the second most favored green vehicle on the road, but this full-electric cupcake car is fully customizable and has to be a blast to drive, right? It cost about the same as the Prius and Honda, about $25K, and gets much better mileage. But, the only dealer in town is Neiman Marcus.
